Michal was one of the first employees in the company and he is responsible for machine technology and automation. He is a machine specialist and takes part in their development. He worked for 9 years as Electrical Engineer and Production Machinery Specialist for the AVX company (Kyocera Group) where he was responsible for the programming of single-purpose machines including camera systems. Michal studied Electrical Engineering at the Railway High School in Česká Třebová, where he specialized in electronics.
