Radek started to work for LUX-IDent in 2004 and he is in charge of Technical Development and R&D. He has worked in several companies as Development Specialist, Designer, Quality Specialist and Technologist. He studied Electrotechnology at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Brno University of Technology.
